Online registration and submission is available here 

The registration fee includes attendance at scientific sessions, coffee breaks, light lunches, icebreaker, ½ day excursion including a guided tour and dinner as well as the conference dinner.

Please note, registration will not be processed without accompanying payment of fees.

Registration Fees

* Student = BSc-, MSc and Diploma-students, no PhD-students.
Students are requested to email proof of student status (eg. a copy of their student card) to the conference office (PDF).
PhD's who have no access to project based funding and/or who cannot get reimbursement of their registrations fees, are allowed to register as 'student non-members’. To apply for these special conditions please send a letter (email) to the conference office explaining the situation together with a signed certificate from the professor.

Online credit card payment
Once you have submitted your registration a link will appear on your account to allow you to process your credit card payment through a secured payment system set up for the conference, Six-Card-Solutions (Saferpay). Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as KCS Kuhlmann Convention Service.

Once you have submitted your registration, a link to the credit card form will appear on your account. Please print out the form and follow the instructions. Please note any credit card transaction will appear on your statement as KCS Kuhlmann Convention Service.

Your account

After registering online your own defined password and username allows you to access your account at any time, to view or edit the details of your on line registration, view your payment status, print a summary of your purchase or submit an abstract.

Conditions of Attendance

Registration will not be processed without accompanying payment of fees.

Early registration: Deadline for early registration and payment is October 15, 2015. For payments received after 30 October 2015 the next higher registration fee will apply.

Attention: Paper and Poster Submission!! You must register as a participant and pay your registration fee prior 30 October 2015 to have your oral paper or/and poster submission scheduled in the Conference Booklet. Abstracts that have been previously accepted will be deleted from the Scientific Program if the presenting author has not registered and paid by that date.

Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail or letter. Cancellations received before November 1, 2015 will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of 40 EURO. Thereafter refunds will not be available. However, you may nominate a substitute participant without additional cost until November 20, 2015.

Liability. The local organizer as well as KCS is not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons attend the conference and all accompanying events at their own risk and responsibility
